Ive been fighting for 2 years in foreclsure….filed chapt 13..only due to pure exhaustion….trustee said mortgage invalid due to notorary not signing papers…..ok…i thought lawyer handling….ya….my house sold sept 23 2011 to my newly named mortgage company….waiting for confirmation of sale they then evicting me…..REALLY

I would make them produce a copy of the wet ink contract.And if they show up with a copy the just printed version of it.then they are screwed and wont have proof to show grounds of ownership.So I would stick it to them.I do mortgage securitizatiion audits.And Im helping people in foreclosure.So Like I said.I would make them show proof of ownership in court.And they could end up in extra serious trouble if they do even show up with the note anyhow.

Magazine style ruling in court house, judges don’t need laws and evidences but magazine and logo ads in rulings. Money represents ownerships of everything, .. mortgages, houses, intellectual properties, technologies … a complete monopoly bubble.
People’s efforts are real economy. Why should real economy be destroyed by someone manipulating money, a very old tech? Why should old tech hack our modern tech & force all people repeating bad histories?

Great work! I think the answer is to Stay in the Property! It seems that the 1st hearing is a “Show Trial”. However in Florida,after the “foreclosure judgement”, there is a 10 day wait period during which you can file your Affidavit with the court, which stops them from getting title. Then they have to go to real court to prove their case…that’s when you get to admit your evidence! Better yet, file the affidavit ASAP and send them a copy, then the affidavit must be allowed in court!
